I’ve been going to this location for years, but the last year the service is terrible. The drive through is only open... sometimes. They are out of half the menu. I have myself not been given cream cheese when I order a bagel. They have forgottenthe knife to spread the cream cheese multiple times. I’ve had to go back in and ask for the things I have paid for orutensils. It’s ridiculous. Read more
The entrance door glass was super dirty. The staff were super nice. I ordered the egg and cheese breakfast sandwich, the menu... stated it would be an over-easy egg, so I was looking forward to the yoke being liquid and yummy with the bun, but the egg wascooked hard. If you've never seen a sandwich or have never eaten a sandwich in your entire life I could sort of understand that this could... seem adequate. Now back to reality... There is no excuse that would make serving this to a paying customer ok. The 2 stars are astretch. 5 out of 5 stars for the customer service given by the girl at the window and my daughter's soup.
