I was impressed by all the interesting flavors on the day's menu and I selected the blueberry ice cream. My sugar cone came out... very quickly and the creamy flavorful blueberry goodness was delicious. There was a nice shady spot where you could enjoy theice cream. Perfect spot to get a sweet treat. Ice cream was all we had and met my expectations for the price. The flavors were interesting and that makes me want to come back... for more. The patio is no pets allowed which may be bothersome for some people. However, the problem was people still bringingtheir pets and letting them run off leash on the patio anyways and the business not actually caring. Ice cream shop with the best bagels? Absolutely. Taos Cow was the perfect pit stop on my way back to Albuquerque. The kimchi... works bagel was the perfect combination of flavors. Perfectly toasted bagel with avocado, sweet onions and sprouts. Not anactual restaurant (more like a stationary food trunk) but plenty of seating around back. Read more
