First, took a long time to get here. When the driver first got here, he pulled into the parking lot and turned around and left.... Even though there is a big lighted sign. He cam back a couple minutes later. Here is what I did not like. I watched him get outof his car, and open his trunk and pull my food out. It is 19 degrees outside and my food was kept and transported in the trunkof a car. Of course, it was no longer hot. I did not enjoy eating luke warm food. Problem #2 with that, there is always fumes ina trunk. Good job of contaminating the food. I stopped ordering from dominoes a few months ago and was hoping coming back wouldhave better results. However, after this, I must say, I will be taking my business back to another place. Take pride in yourproduct, your service and you may have better business. UPDATE on Sept 26 i ordered pasta while at work. I ordered it withoutmushrooms as I am allergic. Well, I get it with a bunch. Made the meal useless. When i called the store, they refused to fix itas it was too close to fix their screw up. I should not have tried this. I was thinking maybe they changed, but I was wrong. Read more
I always order my pizza cooked WELL done, if I don't my pizza Always is delivered under cooked and soggy. BUT even when ordering... it WELL DONE they rarely get it right... So if your gonna order delivery, I suggest changing it to pick up so you can check itthere and have them cook it right, WELL DONE. Unless you like your pizza crust under cooked almost a raw dough taste andsoftness. Read more
EVERY time I go here my pizza is wrong, burnt or under cooked. I've had my rewards/points stolen without getting my free pizza I... earned. If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is a disgrace, never had so many issues with a domino's until I moved hereand started coming to this one. Find any other domino's besides this one. Read more
It?s no wonder this place is rated so low I wouldn?t of even given it a one star if that was an option to give nothing I would... have. I ordered about a month ago or less maybe shy of about three weeks my order was terrible the grease was literally drippingall over my clothes from the box of simply breadsticks their new cheese for the breadstick dip was awful ,very very distastefulboth of my pizzas were ordered the wrong way the lady was rude when I ordered the pizza also seem to have an attitude and didn?twant to be there rolling her eyes because I was taking a minute to figure out what I wanted and mind changes That apparently shecouldn?t handle . I bring the pizza home my chicken garlic Parmesan pizza had pepperoni on it I asked for two large pizzas onewith pepperoni and one chicken style even the pizza look like it was sitting there maybe three days! after that I calledDomino?s told them I could send it back and I took photos they said oh no pry that they would credit me for any pizza I?d likenext time (only one pizza not my whole order) but I didn?t complain that is really not my style. This is our local store and it?s the absolute best. There?s always an employee ready to put on a show for the kids. Tonight,... while we were waiting for our large carry out order, the manager gave some dough to my kids and let them make their perfectcrust (on a busy night, no less), then topped them with whatever they wanted and baked them up. Put them in their own boxes andhanded them back to the kids, who were absolutely delighted! My 7 year old declared that as soon as she got her diploma, shewould be coming straight back there to get a job. Recruiting at its finest. Well done! I ordered a Philly cheese steak and there was literally no meat or toppings on it. When I called I talked the "manager" Mike. No... apology no professionalism at all. I've worked in the food industry for years. This isn't how you treat customers. We order fromhere all the time. I waited almost three hours for a pizza and wings (I tipped over $5). I called and was hung up on without them saying a word, 3... times after I tried calling (I waited two hours before calling). The only highlight was the polite and apologetic deliverydriver. Read more
