I went here earlier today, and may I say, best service I?ve ever had. The staff was great!! The really short lady with pins... helped me figure out what I wanted and was super nice and helpful, and the guy with blue hair really made me feel at home. Favorite sub place, not even a comparison to the other shops. My favorite is kinda expensive, I get the Giant though, it turns... into two meals so I guess it?s not that bad. Fresh meat, good bread and the brownies are killer too. Stop in and get a sub youwill NOT be disappointed! Read more

When we first walked in we were greeted by a nice young man and lady. No other customers were there, just me and my son.The two... of them started putting on gloves and answering a couple questions we had on sandwiches. Then out of no where a man that haddifferent colors in his hair that worked there, started cutting our bread and slicing our cheese and hurrying us along. Heseemed upset that the two people that we were greeted by were taking to much time answering our questions. After spending over$40 dollars on 4 small sandwiches ( we had a coupon) I never saw this man change his gloves and I still have no idea if he wason the back of the restaurant or in the corner by the grill. We were paying more attention to the menu board. I do notunderstand why he was hurrying us a long when no one was in the restaurant. Horrible customer service. Read more
