Waited an hour and a half for a large gargantuan sandwich, repeatedly told the driver was 5 min away. Driver brings wrong... sandwich (half the size I ordered) l. Great sandwiches and great service. Never had a bad sandwich here, and the workers are always very pleasant. Only negative is... delivery can take a while, but I often just eat in and never have to wait longer than about 5 minutes. Read more

I got a Club Tuna and there was so little tuna on the sandwich that you couldn't see it present in each bite like you can when... you order roast beef or turkey. It tasted like a lettuce and tomato sandwich with mayo to be honest. Will not return to orrecommend Jimmy John's after this Club Tuna experience. Worst tuna salad sandwich I've ever had anywhere. Instead I don't get my sub and you don'tget my business. This is ridiculous and needs to stop. It's a $50 not a $100. Read more
