The sushi here is great, they have purple haze sake which I also like. The staff is friendly and fast despite staffing... shortages. The 'Line of Fire' shrimp is really good. They have tons of seating and the prices are average with decent sizedportions. Read more

I'm not a regular here, so take this review with a grain of salt. My partner and I decided to try this place out the other day... and the first thing that we noticed were the sticky floors. They didn't look dirty, but I have no idea what was making it stickyfrom the front all the way to our table. The staff were all friendly, ladies had some cute lashes on, we felt like we had fourservers asking us if we're all good. Here's the thing.. There were signs everywhere stating there's a staff shortage and thewait times would be longer. So we waited. We got our drinks, and let me tell you... whoever poured is very generous. Ipersonally wouldn't consider this a good thing, because the liquor was too strong in the mixed (we're in our 30's, we're nottrying to get lit at a sushi store), and my non-alcoholic mixed beverage was mostly syrup. Still waiting.. and then finally weget one of the things we ordered: a very basic, tiny, six piece salmon roll. This is what we got after waiting an hour. I don'tclaim to be an expert on anything, but I feel like it's a little much to have to wait over an hour for a most basic roll wherethe meat doesn't even have to be cooked. Starving, I finished it in less than a minute. We were looking around at the differenttables and noticed that a lot of the people that were here (for who knows how long) before us were also still waiting. Googlemaps said it's way less busy than usual while we were there, there were a lot of empty tables. So we waited some more, andafter a long, long, long while we hailed a server and asked if we can cancel whatever hasn't been made from our order and we'lljust pay for what we had and leave. She checked our order and the other three rolls we ordered were already made (how long havethey been sitting there?). How much longer would we have been waiting if we didn't ask any one of our seemingly very manyservers about it. The rolls were alright, nothing to write home about. Definitely not worth the almost two Read more

The meal and sushi was decent but it cost us over $100 for two people without alcohol. Also the wait staff did not attend to us... for over 30 min after we sat. We had to ask for help. Read more

Wow! Nmiko?s is stupendous. The staff treated me so personable. As a takeout order. Provided me some water, a place to sit, and... engaged conversation while I waited. Then, the food was perfect and fresh. Delicious. Next time I?ll sit in the restaurant.Decor is under-the-sea with multiple brackish fish tanks. 34 years in the same place. They do it right. Thanks for making me aloyal customer from my first visit. Read more

Ordered to go. Customer service was great. I would say 35% of the sea urchin was mushy/bitter/sour/slimey. I enjoyed the tempura... shrimp, but the sauce that accompanied it was a bit too light. For the aquarius roll, the oil overpowers the sweetness of thelobster, thus the roll was purely texture. Ares scallop was a bit chewy and slightly fishy. Overall: if you visit, I wouldrecommend trying safer/popular items. Eat there as well, just in case your food is off in taste. Read more
