This location is a combo Taco Bell & KFC Restaurant and drive thru. I have experienced exceptional service on 9 out of 10... visits. This is a well run fast food establishment with good management and friendly staff. The rate 1 out of 10 experience isdue to the drive thru congestion. If it gets backed up, several cars may be out on the main street (Ralston Rd.), which is underconstruction currently, but never ideal. Possibly the design of the parking lot and entrance to drive thru, allows 2 lines toform from 2 directions. If the drive thru line gets backed up with a lengthy wait time and you happened to park in a lot space,you will likely have to wait to pull out of spot (but that is very rare). This location does not have a breakfast menu and haslimited items available since it is a KFC as well. The food is always fresh at this restaurant and the portions areadequate/full. Read more
So just a heads up for other's out there, but this location's drive through is only for Door Dash delivery drivers, not the... public. Don't get yourself stuck behind a line of cars with no escape! Worst Taco Bell location! They always forget items, staff is very rude! I work in the same complex and multiple days a week they... decide they want to do drive thru only so they lock their doors whenever they please too. Todays visit I went to walk inside andseen 10 other customers eating inside but all 3 doors were locked. The staff came and told me I need to go thru the drive thru.Why are there customers eating inside with locked doors? Cooperate certainly needs to fire and re-staff this location. I went through the drive through at your 5260 Wadsworth Bypass, Arvada, CO 80002 location and put in an order for myself and my... coworkers. Upon returning to my office (15 miles away) I realized that 1/2 my order was missing and special requests on theorders provided (no onions on burritos) weren't completed. I called the manager Monica G., who was extremely rude, told me Ineeded to drive back 15 miles with the food and receipt in order to receive a refund, and then hung up on me.
