I've been going here for years because of the great food and delicious smoothies. The service is always good but yesterday the... staff went above and beyond. I went in to pick up and online order and when I got back to my car it wouldn't start so I calledfor a tow and let the folks inside know that I'd get my car out of the way as soon as possible. A few hours later when the towtruck showed up the staff brought out smoothies for myself, the driver and my GF! It was such a hot day and they realized alsonot such a good day for me since my car was broken down so the smoothies and that gesture of kindness were great and very muchappreciated! Thanks again!! Avoid this place, here?s why- 1. Ordered online, app said to come in for pickup- the three teenagers inside working had no idea... about my order. 2. Teenager asked if I was at the right location- I showed them my phone and then told them my phone number(which was also on their order screen). 3.Proceeded to wait 5 minutes amongst the confusion (because making smoothies andsandwiches is hard). 4. Other teenager proceeds to make order frantically while I stand (because all the seats have been stackedbut it?s only 6 pm). 5. Even though I ordered for ease of pickup I end up waiting and could have just gone in and ordered. 6.Finally get order (no recipient) and went home?turns out I got someone else?s order or it was made wrong. I went in tonight around 8:30 and the young lady working was extremely busy and she seemed to be the only one working. She was... taking orders, making smoothies as well as food. She was not flustered, irritated, or rude. She was friendly and polite and shehustled!!! You do not see that work ethic these days. She had such great customer service, with a smile and all.
