Ordered my food, once it was ready a young Lady in a green Jamba Juice shirt called my number and walked away from the counter.... As I was walking to the counter another Customer picked up the food that was on the counter and went back to his table. Heopened the food begin to inspect it and realized it was not his order and brought it back to the counter. He said sorry I thinkthis may have been your order, I told him no worries I will just ask them to remake it. The young lady in the Jamba Juice shirtshould ?No need to remake it he didn?t eat any of it!? I replied this food has been in another customers hands and opened Iwant my order remade. I looked at the other customer and said no offense intended, he graciously replied ?None Taken!? Howeverthe young lady got an attitude and told me she didn?t understand why I was being so picky and I would have to wait until theyfinished ALL the other customers orders first then they would make mine. I told her I didn?t like her attitude or appreciate hertone and she could just refunded me my money! I then waited in line for the cashier to refund my order, once it was my turn tobe helped the young lady came over to the cashier and told him that basically I was being picking about my order and wanted arefunded. I told him NO that?s not what happened and proceeded to tell him the story. She began to interrupt me while I wastalking at which point we began arguing. The young lady then told me ?I can throw you out and you will not get a refund!? Myreply was ?I like to see you try it I am not going anywhere without my refund!? I did get my refund from the cashier but theyoung ladies attitude was beyond rude and unprofessional. Question: Why does she have on a Jamba Juice Shirt if she works forCharley?s? What is the purpose of giving the customer an order number if the person expediting the pick up orders is not goingto verify the number before giving out the food? Maybe it was an off day but staff was slow and not very friendly. Orders were mixed up between customers. Once we received our... order we left only to get sick an hour into our trip with an additional 3 hours to go. Have always stopped here but neverordered from Charley's always the other business. Never had problems with the others. Will avoid Charley's on next I5 trip. Read more
I had a Philly Cheese Steak and also fries with shredded beef as well as chicken with Parmesan Garlic sauce and Sweet Teriyaki... sauce, none of it was good. Chicken tasted okay, it sauces weren?t great. The steak meat did not taste like good quality atold, maybe even a little old. Read more
Worst Charly's location. I will not be eating here again. The cheese on the sandwiches were not melted well and did not cover... the whole sandwich. You may as well add the cheese on the side if you're not going to melt it properly. The meat was very dryand flavorless. There was no mayo on the sandwich, leaving it very dry. The service was very surprising considering the factthat they have a lot of staff. When we asked for ranch and ketchup they said they are out which is extremely shocking for aphilly cheesesteak place. They have fries but no ketchup??? For God's sake,THE DUNKIN DONUTS NEXT US HAD KETHCUP. All the otherlocations have great food, this one does not. We are loyal Charly's customers, not any more. Read more
