We sat at the bar area for cocktails but the service was great. Lots of curated cocktail options, the seating area has great... ambiance and judging the people eating at the bar… they enjoyed their meals. Perfect place for date night, first date, oldfolks getting together, or group dinner. This place is pricey so know how much you are paying for food and dinner. Read more

I have been coming to eat at Pascal and Sabine for years. I am Italian (to be precise I live in Italy ed) and my partner is... American. I have always had a very good time there: excellent food, well-kept location and good cocktails. On Monday night Ireturned to the restaurant with my mother, who speaks only Italian. I wanted her to try a good French restaurant in the USA.Let's start by saying that unfortunately all the dishes (escargot, beef tartare, red snapper and pork chop) were extremelysalty. In particular, the pork chop, although requested to be cooked medium, arrived overcooked, turning out tough and not assoft as usual. In addition -and this is a very sore point- the waiter who served us was extremely cold and unfriendly. Themoment we stated that we would not drink any alcohol, his attitude changed, as if drinking cocktails or wines was a requirementat Pascal and Sabine's (bigger checks perhaps?). Upon paying the bill, which turned out to be $101, I paid in cash $200receiving as change $88. This means that the waiter gave us $11 less, corresponding to about the 10% of the total bill. My momand I spoke to each other in Italian the whole time and I wonder if this factor contributed to being treated decidedlydifferently from other American customers. At last, I would like to write a note of praise for the lovely lady who cleareddishes and poured water at the table. I am disappointed with this visit and honestly do not know if I will return to Pascal andSabine again. Read more

I came here in late June with a large group of friends celebrating one friend's upcoming wedding. We had a 3-course menu booked... with drinks, coming out to $120 per person. I am vegan and while I was aware going in that I would have limited options atdinner, I still wanted to attend for my friend and had been assured beforehand that there would be at least a vegan entreeoption (the Mr. Smith burger which could be made with a veggie patty). The evening of our dinner, we received the menu in theattached photo. When our server took our orders, he informed me that the frisée salad could be made vegan but unfortunately theburger, which was labeled on the menu as including a vegan option, had cheese in the patty and could not be made vegan afterall. After speaking with the kitchen, he informed me that they would be able to make a special vegetable dish for me instead ofthe burger, which I ended up ordering. They had no dessert option I could have, which I had expected would be the case andwasn't bothered about. When the first course came out, my "vegan frisée salad" came out as a massive pile of greens strippedbare of any toppings and dressed simply with olive oil, lemon, pepper, and an excessive amount of salt. The second course endedup being an arrangement of steamed vegetables in a tomato sauce which was unseasoned and bland along with being a tiny portioncompared to my friends' dishes. And for the last course I ended up ordering one of the desserts to give to my friend. Needlessto say, I was not satisfied at all with my meal. While I really do appreciate the restaurant trying to accommodate me, giventhat we had alerted the restaurant about my dietary requirements ahead of time and the amount of money we were paying for ourmeal, it felt like a disappointing effort and made it difficult for me to enjoy the evening. Apart from that, we had goodservice from the staff and the rest of the group seemed to like their food. But based on my experience, I would d Read more

One of the most memorable meals I’ve had, everything from the food, ambiance, and service were perfect. Probably one of the... best steak tartare’s I’ve had and the duck was so flavorful. Our server Jenna was absolutely amazing and very knowledgeableof the menu. DONT SKIP DESSERT! My partner and I got the pine nut tart and it was the perfect dish to end the night. Portionswere great and very worth the price for an amazing dinner. Read more

The atmosphere, service, and food was all excellent. Perfect for a date night. I definitely splurged and ordered some of the... pricier items, but it was worth it. That being said, there are menu options available to have an equally high quality experienceat a more reasonable price. Overall great experience. Read more
