I ordered the Buffalo Tempeh wheat wrap...it was perfect! Spicy, but not too spicy and moist and absolutely delicious. I also... purchased a banana chocolate chip muffin to take with me for breakfast the next day. On the drive home, I broke off a littlebite of the muffin. I was ill-prepared for how GOOD it was! A lovely mostly vegan spot! I'm so glad I went here for lunch before heading down to the beach. Ambiance: - we sat outside to... enjoy the lovely summer afternoon! The umbrella above our table provided some much needed shade. Service: - waiter was veryfriendly and attentive! Food: - three bean chili was so hearty and very filling! It had a good blend of sweet, smoky and savoryseasoning. I just wish it was a touch bit spicier - quesadilla: this is not your typical Mexican quesadilla! The soy chickensalad with pesto and sun dried tomatoes paired so well together. - side salad: ginger miso dressing had just the perfect tangand went so well with the greens Can't wait to return here to try some of their smoothies! I've been going here for years! Great healthy food, nice atmosphere and the people are really nice. Great vegan options and you... can also bring your non vegan friends and everyone can be happy. I never feel like the food is oily and it always seems fresh.Nice outdoor seating in the summer too :) Also its nice that they are open a little later for lunch. Read more
