I love Red Robin. My family and I are frequent flyers of this restaurant chain. I have to say this is the worst Red Robin I have... been to and needs a change. Came here at lunch time on a Sunday. The place was dead. I would like to point out the servers weregreat and we had no problems there. Bathrooms were filthy. When our food came out the buns were stale, the burger itself wasconcerning, old tasting dry and gritty and appeared to have sat out for a long time by the texture. I actually had one bite anddidn?t finish it because I was worried that I would get food poisoning. Buns were hard they were so stale, but toasted as anattempt to cover. First the pretzel bites came out burnt. Asked for jalapeño coins as side (I know I was gonna pay more) I was brought the... smallest container prob in the place (side of Mayo to the left)not to mention when you put the 7 of them in your hand they?recold to the touch. Was told they are the ones they use to top the burgers! Curious what they think they are gonna charge me forthe jalapeño coins. Oh wait?? Here he comes w/ a ?side? of jalapeño coins when we are done w/ our meal and I?ve been sittinghere typing in anger! No a Thx w/ the fake gestures. Worst experience in 16yrs @ this location.
