You can tell a lot about a person when they?re working under pressure! Jess was working the drive through window while relying... on her team members to make the drinks. Once she realized that the team wasn?t keeping up, she stepped up & took on a leadershiprole to help the customers who were waiting alongside helping her team! She deserves a pay raise!! Read more
I only gave it a two because the attendant finally gave me what l paid for. The attendant was not very friendly. She looked... pompous. She claimed that she had a long line so she couldn't give me what l bought right there and then because she had a longline and had to attend to them before she could give me what l pay for. Is it me or am l not supposed to expect her to give mewhat l paid for right there and then? It's not like it had to be cooked or prepared first. It was in the glass display. She justhad to give it to me before she assisted the rest of the customers. Read more
