Probably the worst subway location. They haven?t had the Italian herbs and cheese bread in over weeks. The staff is rude and... doesn?t understand English, and their machine to scan and earn loyalty points doesn?t work. How is that possible? Worst customer service. I specifically told the lady 4 times I wanted a KIDS SANDWICH. She sliced a 6inch. Upon paying I told... the "manager" I asked for a kids however the lady making it did not understand. She charged me for a 6inch. Another employeeoffered to make it again (an employee who spoke English). The "manager" responded to her in Spanish, "no don't waste food" notknowing I understood. Had it not been for my wife being there I would've left all the sandwiches there and walked out. TERRIBLE SERVICE. I placed an order online and the address on there was not correct. I called to get the address corrected but whoever answered... did not understand a word I was saying. She kept stating order online only, close 9:30, I don?t know. Like, what?! I asked tospeak to someone else and she just hung up?. Get new staff please.
