I was at Don Julio's on 9/19/22 for dinner. I was hesitant to eat here because of the low sanitation grade (91), but my... companion really likes this restaurant. When I walked in I was overwhelmed by how loud the music was. It was blaring to thepoint that I couldn't hear my companion who was sitting across from me. I asked could they turn the music down and that requestwas ignored. We were seated near the kitchen. On top of the ridiculously loud music we had to listen to the staff beingridiculously loud. This was my second time visiting this restaurant and it will be my last due to how loud the music is. I amokay with music, but please turn it down so that it doesn't feel like I am at a night club. Last night was our first time at Don Julio's, we met up with some friends that live near there and that is their favorite... Mexican restaurant. Our food was delicious. We can't wait to go back. We live in Sanford and have already said we would go allthe way to Asheboro just to eat there again. Highly recommended! Read more

This picture is to demonstrate how the food items are packaged to-go. My wife and I put in a pick-up order from Don Julio Cocina... Mexicana today. I ordered the Shrimp Fajitas, which comes with side of rice, refried beans, lettuce topped with sour cream andcheese and a spoon of Pico de Gallo. Along with 3 flour tortillas. Overall the dish was savory and definitely could?ve been anorder for 2 to share. Orders were correct and they came out fast and hot. Our orders came with a small bag or corn chips and 2salsa cups. Would highly recommend to anyone that has a craving for Mexican Fajitas. Read more
