This is honestly one of the worst customer service wise Mc Donald's I've ever been to. Multiple times I've come through the... drive thru and it just feels like the worker does not want to be there and does not like me. On a side note this is one of theonly 24/7 places in Asheville and about 2 weeks ago I drove there in the middle of the night to be welcomed by a sign at thedrive through that said "sorry for the condensation we are closed for maintence." yep that explains the level of competence ofemployees they hire at this McDonalds. So many issues here.. came here for curbside and waited outside for 45 min to an hour and called in two separate times before... they finally brought our food out. Another time they took my order and I waited in line for about 10 minutes and when I got tothe window theire ice cream machine was broken (all we got was two cones) they told me to come back for 2 free cones and when Icame back the manager on duty said sorry she's not in and I don't know about it.. also have had very rude service here, morestressful than what it's worth to go to this McDonalds. I was hungry, and it was right there. Anyway it was fast and full of greese. The girls were nice, service was instant. But... McDonald's is greese. I had Bacon egg and cheese biscuit with hash browns. My Dog ate most of it. ???? Several months later...no it's not changed for the good any way. Still using covid for an excuse not to be open. Sad.
