We went to Neo for the first time in a couple of years and what a disappointment. Don't even get me started on paying 40.00 for... 2 burrito combos. Never again.. Food was just mediocre. NEO used to be one of our favorites, I'm not sure what has happened butwe will not be returning. Read more

In short, there's a good... reason behind it: they're paying a living wage to their staff & refusing to cheap out on ingredients.
