Ordered a bread bowl to go. After pouring the small container of soup into the bowl it was barely half full. Very disappointed
Very good service from a kind and patient clerk named Greg. He was able to assist us with answers about items on the menu, and... to offer suggestions when an item we wanted wasn't served at that time. Once the order was made. We eat inside and it wad apleasant atmosphere no load kitchen noise and the employees all seemed to be content about their jobs. This makes for a greatcustomer experience ????. When we walked in, the person at the register never acknowledged us. We made up our minds and I had to go over to him to ask if... he was the one taking orders. Went to sit down and the tables are all dirty, which is always the case when I come here. I knowthe world is short staffed but it's still frustrating to have to clean the table and seats before I can even sit down and asimple "can I help you" goes a long way. Where is everyone??? I walk up to the counter and people either look away and ignore me or turn around and walk away. I've... never been in such a high priced sandwich shop and get totally ignored by the help. And...there's plenty of other places to eataround this location. Suggestion- have secret shopper or have owner drop by around 11 AM. I will go to Atlanta Bread goingforward. They are closer to our office anyway. Read more

Wow. What happened to Panera. What a waste money and when you have to go back and get part of your order that was missed more... waste of time. No thank you. AND a $9.49 caesar salad - literally a little bit of lettuce - few sprinkles of parmesancheese/dressing and that was it. $9?!?!?!?! They told me they were out of croutons and it looked like they were running lowon lettuce too. Would have been good to know. Even if there had been croutons - what a rip off. They did make my sandwichthat was missed and again, waste of money. Threw it together and just wanted me to go away. So disappointing. We (people I workwith) have given chances every so often, but after today, never again. Read more
