I'm not too sure if we just came in on a bad day but the barista was incredibly rude and couldn't tell us if the bagels were... vegan or not so we had to call ourselves to find out (your staff should be aware of all ingredients in case of severeallergies). When we finally ordered, the bagel had a long hair in the tapenade. When my husband went to bring his bagel with ahair in it to the counter, the employee just said "that's interesting" and didn't even offer to make another one until we askedhim to and then when it was ready he made a passive aggressive remark saying "bagel number two is ready" as if we were beingfussy by not eating the first hairy bagel. Well rounded and manageable menu, comfortable and large seating areas, fast and free WiFi. Great service!
Very friendly and helpful barista. A local roastery, with 4 locations. The coffee is 18 bucks a bag. They have a light... roast...This is the only local coffee company I know about that does a light roast! A 20 ounce coffee is only $3.21, cheaperthan Starbucks! There are no organic, fair trade or sustainable certifications. The bag does say they are green andsustainable, but you just have to take their word for it, no evidence provided. They had compostable straws! The toilet haslow water pressure and they do not use eco-friendly cleaners. The seating area has nice tables, and there is some outdoorseating. Read more
