I really liked this place. The price was right and the food was fantastic. I had the Toluca and the Panela tacos, both of which... were fantastic. The chorizo was greasy and spicy, everything you want in chorizo. The Panela was satisfying even without anymeat due to the beans and assorted veggies. House made corn tortillas really tied it all together for me and made this the cleartaco champion of the Asheville area. I will be back! Read more

Stopped here on the way to TN. Great little place indoor and outdoor seating. The food is reasonably priced. Each thing is made... in house. Tacos: panela, tinga, borracha, santa barbara all were delicious! Avocado torta was great! with temple tots (literallytaste like salt and vinegar tater tots). Taco Temple has quickly become one of my favorite go to places in Asheville. They import corn from Mexico and grind it... themselves to make their corn tortillas. THAT alone is worth the trip, but everything on TOP of the taco is equally scrumptious. I won't spoil this review be telling you which ones I like best. You just need to pick one and start there.
