Iced coffee was absolutely awful. Service was awful. The workers in this location do not have any customer service. This places... leadership is severely lacking letting employees work like this. Never will be back due to product and service. Read more
My wife and I hurried down as soon as we got the news that Peach ice cream was available. I was expecting an explosion of peach... flavor with bountiful chunks of fresh peaches. What I got was vanilla ice cream with a hint of peaches and a few flecks offruit. Pretty disappointing. By contrast, we had some Passionfruit gelato along the river in Old Town Zurich, Switzerland thatwe?ll be raving about for the rest of our lives. We love The Hop and have been loyal customers for years, but the last 4 or so times we've been we've noticed the portion sizes... are incredibly small compared to what they used to be. I used to work in the ice cream industry. . . I know how to create a niceribbon. . . I know what a two-scoop cup is supposed to look like. . . I hope The Hop can train their staff to scoop like prosand instruct them to increase the scoop size before locals move on and give their business to another shop! Read more
