Went with my family while on vacation. The food was amazing and our server, Billy was absolutely phenomenal. Not only was he... really good at tending to our group, he also joked and played with my children before taking them to see the fish tank. Was seated for lunch promptly and then forgotten. We waited and tried to catch a server's attention without success. My wife... ended up calling the restaurant to ask if we were going to have our drink order taken. Staff member appeared irritated that weasked about having our drink order taken after we had waited 15 minutes. Rather than apologizing and taking our order sheappeared more interested in turning the situation into a drama. This was even after we had explained that we, like so manypeople, only had a limited amount of time for our lunch. Then a server showed up and they started arguing about whether theserver could or could not take on another table. What a mess. We gave up and left.
