I came in after driving 5 hours on my way home from an exhausting weekend, wanting nothing more than to bite into a hamburger... from a place I’d never been to before and had always wanted to try! The burger was absolutely wonderful… Juicy, flavorful,and substantial. Onion rings were the same. The server was also super friendly, quick, and very attentive. Why only four stars?Holy smokes. The hostess who met me at the door… she was visibly annoyed to see me walk in, begrudgingly took out an air podfrom whatever she was watching on her phone, and seemed genuinely unhappy to have to get up to seat me. Tossed the menu on thetable and said ‘there you go’ in a very short tone and walked back to her station to resume what she was watching. In fact,I’m still here as I write this, and she is still watching a video. Wow. I mean, I get it. Everyone has an off day. But man,first impressions are EVERYTHING. Luckily everything went up from there. Maybe sone retraining is warranted? Super good foodthough. If I’m driving through again, I’ll probably be back. Hopefully she smiles next time, haha. Read more

Highly recommend this place. We had quite a few appetizers as well: jalapeno poppers, pickle fries, potato boats, Buffalo... popcorn shrimp, and mozzarella sticks - it was all delicious. Read more
Had to place 2 orders and one of them was to go and one was eaten. Our waitress said that she could go ahead and take the order... that was to go. After waiting 35 minutes for a burger and boneless wings, we get our to go order 1st because “it was thequickest to make”. So we had a cold to go order and we didn’t get the food that was eaten, for an additional 20 moreminutes. And they didn’t even give me all that I asked for, for my meal There was something floating in our drinks but ourwaitress didn’t come back and someone else gave us our check. Bestie and I popped in for lunch on the Saturday after shopping Black Friday and didn’t realize it was during the Ohio... Michigan game. The place was packed and had a great atmosphere, but they had call offs and the staff were stressed and running.Apparently they only had one guy running the kitchen too. Giving them a well deserved 5 stars because the staff were fantasticand we didn’t mind the wait. Stuff happens and it’s not their fault for a coworker call off.
