Local gem. Once a year, they have the Testicle Festival. I didn't participate, but told they do them up the BEST! If your... inclined to try Rocky Mountain Oysters, this is a must do. We wanted prime rib and the serve it on Friday and Saturday night. We had a 1 hour & 20 min wait so we sat in the bar area and... had some beers, the prices were great. Once we sat down we were greated by our server and ordered the fried mushrooms first andthen the petite 12oz prime rib/ medium rare with fries and asparagus.
