The location and menu seem great but the staff during my time there were lame. The Nashville chicken sandwich was delicious. The... hush puppies on the other hand... We ordered them as a snack yet they didn't serve them to the table until after we had finished our sandwiches. On top of that they were so burnt we couldn't even eat them ????. I feel as though the kitchen forgotabout them and just decided to serve us burnt food anyway. Our server seemed to be having a bad day and was pretty vocal aboutit. All in all not impressed, there are better places to go in Ashland. Read more

What a bizarre experience we had here. The couple sitting next to us said exactly two words to eachother, faces in their phones... the whole time. Came for the Nashville Hot Popcorn Chicken. What we got was the Nashville Burnt Popcorn Leftovers (see picture).Couldn't eat it, the waitress came by, looked at it and commented on how burnt it looked and went on her way. She came back tohand off our "happy-hour chicken tacos" which were composed of small unused chicken pieces and corners, bland as could be. Imentioned the Nashville Hot chicken again and she offered to re-order it for us. The second order was everything I hoped itwould be, juicy, succulent, fresh (see pictures). The first order was just something leftover from earlier in the day andreheated. Really shameless. In spite of all mentioned there is a good vibe going here. If they cook you a fresh order thechicken can be really great. I would not recommend coming here, too much of a gamble. If you do come remember after they seatyou and give you a menu, you have to get back up and order from the bar. Good luck.???????? Read more

Great place for gluten free options. Popcorn chicken buffalo flavored with siracha ranch sauce, gluten free Mac and cheese with... potato chips on top, and grilled chicken tacos with cojita cheese were great!! The bbq brisket beans were also gluten free.Definitely go during happy hour between 12-4pm for their specials and the portion sizes are great too!! Read more

It was our first time here. We liked the look and location. The host was nice, a little soft spoken. So when he had greeted us,... we didn't hear him say that when we were ready to order to come back up to the front. Everyone else that was already at therestaurant had ordered, so we didn't have an example to follow..... then the bartender gal came around the front to wipe the bardown, I had kindly got her attention and let her know we were ready to order, and she gave me a "stupid look" and rudely told usthat it was counter service; to order at the counter?? So we approached the counter, she came back around behind the bar, gaveus another "stupid look", and then pointed to the guy host, and said down there not here. Sheesh! Okay..... we gave our orderand paid. We talked as we waited for our food. Liked the trivia cards. Noticed that the cooks were young and excited to see howour food would turn out. Food looked great! A little too much green goddess dressing on my salad, and my grilled chicken was toosalty. And my boyfriends fried chicken could have been more crispy!! We will come again Read more
