When my Burrito showed up, my first thought was that it was very appealing to the eye...but far more than I had any chance of... eating in one sitting...???? Due to the outstanding flavor and near perfect ratio of items (I added chicken to mine), Isurprised even myself and finished the entire plate... yummy does not do it justice....???? Plancha combines the best of authentic Mexican food with haute cuisine! Tony does an amazing job of featuring some of the most... popular Mexican dishes in a way that is exciting and sure to please any crowd. His appetizers are delicious, his tacos arefantastic and his entrees are on point! His current dessert: his take on flan but more of a coffee Panna Cotta is surprisingand decadent. For someone who loves Mexico and grew up on Mexican food, let me tell you this place is the most exciting thingto happen to Mexican food in Southern Oregon!!!! Good comfort food! Tony is a chef who is not afraid to experiment. He was happy to explain his process and thinking as well!
I love this place, but I gotta get used to the fact they're closed from 3:00-4:00. That's the beginning of margarita time.... Great house margaritas, the pork cracins' actually crackle and they're addictive! Everything I've had so far has been excellent!Nice, helpful staff too. Just check it out they're great! Read more
