I went to get some coffee this morning and it was my first time at this location. The manager on duty was very rude and had... attitude making assumptions that I was yelling at her when I wasn't. If you can't handle listening to customers when they areupset then you probably shouldn't be a manager. I accidentally used the wrong card instead of my starbucks card and she said itwas already too late. Then charged me on my starbucks gift card, like I asked and would not answer my question if the receiptwas voided out and the manager waved her hand at me and asked me to leave as she was kicking me out when I wanted to know whathappen to my money.
