7908 is one of my favorite restaurants in Aspen. I have lived in Aspen for about a year and a half and have tried most of the... highly recommended restaurants in the area. Many are both overpriced and overrated. This is is NOT the case for 7908. Theservice is fantastic, the cocktails are creative (and DELISH!) and the FOOD is a culinary experience not to be missed. Two of myfavorite things on the menu are octopus and the seasonal watermelon salad. If you want expected and very good, ?basic,? choose?the steak house? but if you want creative, unexpected textures, flavors and presentation, 7908 is THE place to find it! Great concept and vibes. A DJ has a chill ?dinner set? from 8:30 - 10:30, and then the place turns into a dance club at... 10:30. I highly recommend sitting at the bar and ordering one of their innovative cocktails. Island Queen was a great tikicocktail, and the Moroccan was an amazing bourbon cocktail served in cinnamon smoke. However, skip the food. Too expensive forthe quality/quantity of food. For $20 we got a small salad, and I was still hungry after the $40 pasta. Read more

Super friendly and professional staff. The food were fantastic, the drinks were fun. We had a great time at this place and... enjoyed all of our orders (drinks, starters and main courses). Highly recommend it, worth every penny! Read more
