This is the best restaurant in Aspen. This was one of my top ten meals of my life. The crab legs with miso butter are the best I... have tasted. The Hamachi, wonderful. The wine: let the staff guide you to an absolute delight. Tomato tartare: perfect. So manyrestaurants go heavy on the salt. Duemani is judicious, just the perfect amount on the right dishes. Food. Staff. Atmosphere. All far exceeded our expectations. We had a private event at Duemani and from planning to execution,... the people here were simply amazing. They were a pleasure to coordinate with as they were highly responsive and really cateredto our requests. The wait staff was also incredibly professional, polite and knowledgeable. The quality of the food is beyondanything I could describe. Every single one of the guests at our event commented on how delicious the food was.
