Truly one of the best hotels I have ever been a guest in. The service is incredible and we were treated like royalty -- my... partner and I celebrated our anniversary here and we are very happy with our decision to stay here! We were upgraded to a verylarge suite and even greeted with rose pedals, complimentary champagne, and a handwritten note. Every experience on propertywas flawless -- bar drinks were excellent, food was perfect, and the complimentary BMW X7 rental was so much fun! The butlerservice was also amazing, they attended to our every desire and even unpacked our clothes upon arrival! There is a reason ourroom was $2k/night but hey.. I think it was worth it! Read more

I have to preface by saying that I did not stay at The St. Regis Aspen Resort Hotel as a guest, but I did spend quite a bit of... time here for a conference I recently participated in (which was hosted by the hotel). I have to say, this place is reallybeautiful and I had a wonderful experience, even as a non-guest who was on-site quite a bit throughout the week of theconference. The St. Regis had an excellent breakfast for us each morning and the Astor Ballroom was an absolutely gorgeouslocation for our lectures/collaborative events. I also have to give a shout-out to the staff. The St. Regis' team took amazingcare of us. The gentlemen who were tasked to work with us throughout the week were so nice, and they did a great job clearingplates efficiently, setting-up meals for service (i.e. breakfast each morning + one luncheon I was invited to during theconference), and being available if anything was needed. They were ever-present throughout the week to ensure everyone's needswere being met. The courtyard space and the bar/restaurant were also incredible. I enjoyed a networking event during the weekin the courtyard space, and not surprisingly, The St. Regis' team took great care of our group during this event. Further, I hadone final lunch at the hotel before departing after the conference. The bartender made me an excellent cocktail & our group'smeal was incredible. Our waitress was SO nice, we really enjoyed meeting her too! I love this place so much. The location(tucked right in the mountains in Aspen, CO) is enough to sell you on a stay here, but I'm sure you'll want to come back becauseof the kindness of the team members and the accommodations available at this resort hotel. If ever given the opportunity, Iwould absolutely stay here as a guest! Read more

What a beautiful hotel. All the staff was very nice, the service was excellent, rooms were clean, and location is perfect. The... reason I am taking a star off is because of the food. We order room service, during most of our stay, and every time I washoping the food would be better than before?. It was not. Finally, I started going out to eat. There are many great restaurantswithin walking distance. I recommend the hotel and will stay there again but will eat out. Read more

My wife & I stayed at the St. Regis Aspen Resort in July 2022. Unfortunately, our experience was not a very positive one due to... a number of factors. While the common areas of the hotel are nice, the room itself left a lot to be desired as our first roomdid not have a working AC and was located right above the loading dock so all we could hear was beeping sounds of various trucksbacking up for their deliveries. Given I am a lifetime Marriott Titanium Elite member, I have spent many nights at a Marriottproperty (over 1,100 nights to be exact) and this hotel ranks up there as one of my worst nights of sleep. Even the second roomthey gave us had some AC issues (although it was a little better than the first), but room location really matters here sinceit?s likely you?ll need to open the windows to cool down the room in the evenings. My only other grievance with this hotel isthe honesty of the front desk staff. Upon check in, I was informed that no room upgrade was available even though mostMarriott?s really take great care of their lifetime Titanium members. That was perfectly fine; however, I don?t think it isappropriate to knowingly give someone who is paying with points (room rate was over $2,000 per night) a room in such a poorlocation of the hotel especially given the room they moved us to was considered an ?upgrade? as it had a better view. Bottomline, if you are loyal to the Marriott brand like I am, I strongly suggest spending your money or points at another property. Read more
