We used to like this Panera location, but recently, the service has really deteriorated and we have finally had it with them.... They are rude and can't be bothered with helping customers. We had placed an order, received a confirmation email that it was"ready for pickup" but when we got there, it took them another 30min to actually get it ready (while they had quite anattitude). I always get the same items... Broccoli and Cheddar Soup, is just so good. I really wish they just sell me the bag it comes... in... The bread is good and service was nice, no problems here at all. The Grilled Cheese was kind of boring, I was hoping itwould have a kick to it, but it is nothing more than just cheddar and bread... No buttery toast or mixed additional cheese tomake it melt more. This place is more like hell for me, I did not like anything here even though the restaurant looks nice. The people are cold, no... good energy at all.On 08/25/2022 walked 10 miles only to be disappointed with almost everything here; the service wasterrible!-they served me a to go meal not properly packed. I had ordered a pastry and a soda. When I went to use the bathroomthere was no toilet paper so I informed one of the employees there to take care of it and they ignored it. After about an hour,I had to go back and ask them again because when I when I went back in the bathroom-the toilet paper was not there still. Had totell them again. Imagine in between the time I told them, many customers had to use the bathroom without toilet paper. What kindof service is that? There is absolutely no way, I would recommend this restaurant to anyone at all. Read more
