Always quick service, even when the line gets super long. Blizzards are always good, although the dirt and worms blizzard is one... I don?t think is worth getting. Have never tried the food here. Read more
I'm extremely upset with my order tonight. My boyfriend has a strawberry allergy, it can make him very sick. And we each got a... brownie blizzard tonight. There was obviously cross contamination and it makes me wonder how other things are handled. Hecouldn't enjoy his blizzard because I saw a strawberry laying mixed in it. And they made both in the same blender. Normally wedon't worry about speaking up about his allergy, when it's chocolate or something basic. Never had this issue. So now we had ablizzard that had to be put away and I felt horrible he couldn't have it. He ended up having an allergic reaction.. not surewhat to do now Update: filed a complaint and was never notified. Read more
This DQ is awful. None of the workers seemed to know what was going on, the orders were all coming out together and the people... at the window didn?t know what order was what. All of the workers seemed incredibly frazzled and it didn?t appear as thoroughthere was any management on site to help them at all. We got home and took the kids off our blizzards and they were only halfwayfilled. Read more
