Just finished eating at pochana Thai restaurant in Astoria, queens. Ordered the pad Thai which is my go to dish when I eat Thai... food. The minute the plate was placed on my table, couldn?t stop noticing the strong fishy smell. I know they use fish sauce tocook this dish but the smell was unbearable . It smelled like rotten fish. I proceeded to mix the noodles and to taste it butthe smell and taste continued. I called the waitress. Told her about the dish. Questioned me if I knew what I was talking about.Yes she did!!! I then decided to order the cashew nut stir fried. Why did I stayed and not left, you may ask? Because I haveeaten here before. It was a while back so I guess new owners or cook.
