Josephson's was so good! Such an awesome hole-in-the-wall type of place, the guy and gal serving and cashing people out were so... kind and personable! Their salmon burger was absolutely delectable, with a crunchy crust but succulent inside. Absolutely to diefor! My fiance got a bagel and lox that they said was the best that they've had in years, and while it wasn't my thing, theydefinitely enjoyed it. Josephson's was one of the best parts of our trip! Seriously the best clam chowder and lox I?ve ever had in my life. Delicious and unassuming. Perfect little gift shop with two... small tables in the back where you can enjoy the intimate setting. They have 3 things on the menu- and they make them allamazingly. If you are in town during the day, I hands down recommend this place. Read more

If you like lox...this place provides an authentic experience in a historic setting. Check it out! Seating inside is limited to... 2 tiny tables so be prepared to venture out to the picnic tables or take your smoked salmon to go.
