Don't let the outside fool you, the selection and service in this bar is wonderful. While the scotch selection is maybe lower.... The bourbon selection is amazing. My husband ordered old fashioneds and loved them, I showed the bartender a brandy recipe frononline and she was very willing to learn it and made a delicious metropolitan. Great regular place. The staff is amazing. Whiskey and Junes is the Ultimate (So called Dive Bar) place to visit inn Atascadero, CA. But is yet a... well loved gem and definitely a place to stop in and visit The atmosphere, Bar tenders and the genuine people that are regularfaces there are always warm and inviting treating us with a warm hello and smile as soon as u walk in weather it be to stop fora drink or to play a few rounds of pool.
