My friends and i love to try out new campgrounds. Coming to this campground was nice and peaceful. The staff in the office... seemed to not know much about details for the questions we had. We went to the bar and enjoyed some drinks on thursday. MK wasgreat. She made us feel comfortable and welcome. Fridays experience was a little different. We went to the bar for the fish fryand the vibe made us feel out of place for sure and like we couldnt fit in. MK was not there and we wish she was! She truly madeour experience a good one. Came with a group of people just to eat at the restaurant and had the rudest staff that I've ever had the displeasure to be... served by. On top of that the sauce in the fettuccine Alfredo I got was so thick (a couple people at my table literally thoughtI had gotten some sort of potato dish it was so bad) it wasn't even edible. Met up for breakfast with a group of friends and their food is very good. Owners are better cooks then when they bought the... business three or four years ago. So, if you haven't visited in a while you should try them again. I will return more oftennow. Read more
