This place doesn't deserve the one star I gave! Do not waste your time, money or energy going to this place! They don't answer... the phone! They are rude! Very understaffed! No management! Pizza is never fresh. Always burnt. I ordered pizza today from themto feed my kids. I was at work and the kids never got the pizza. I paid 30 dollars and now I can't get ahold of little Caesarsfor a refund. Even corporate won't answer. I will never spend my money here again! It's a waste! The absolute worst Little Caesars I?ve ever been to. I love little Caesars but I avoid this place like the plague. They are... always understaffed and the customer service is terrible. Many times while shopping in Athens I have gotten the three meat from this location. They have always been fine. But all good... things must come to an end. The pizza was tuff and BURNT. Thank goodness I added breadsticks to my order. At least we hadsomething to eat. Sad. Read more
I swear the service at this location seems to get worse and worse. It took probably 15 minutes just place my order. Workers... didn't even seem to acknowledge we were waiting to be helped. Took quite awhile to get our order. We spent close to 40 minutesjust waiting. I understand things get backed up and slow down especially when training, but come on during a rush hour timeframe but people skills and manners shouldn't be lacking no matter what the reason.
