If I could give this no stars I would. Terrible service! Waited in the drive thru for over 45 minutes. There are two lanes, and... the cars in the right lane got to order their food a lot faster than the left lane. I was there before 4 of the cars in theright lane, and they all got their orders taken before me. Terrible wait. Rude staff. Will never come here again. Read more
First off they are not open 24 hrs there is always a wait time to get your food. Tonight I put an order in on the app. Drove to... the location set in drive thru for 45 minutes. Finally get to the speaker give them my mobile code the call back my full nameand said pull on around to the first window which took another 10 minutes then I sat at the first window for almost 10 moreminutes just to have them come to the window and say we are not taking any orders right now. I told him you don't have to myorder is already in and the guy called me by my full name and told me to drive around. If he called me by name after I give himmy mobile code then my order was in the system. This is ridiculous and very unprofessional way to run a business. I mean if Ihave to set there in line almost an hour just to be told sorry even though your order came through we ain't gonna serve you.Then I could have just went somewhere else and actually got service. There are ups and downs at this McDonald?s. There is one manager that is absolutely kind and sweet, and the other is very?... strong willed and doesn?t seem to enjoy her days. There are some crew that absolutely are kind and then there?s this boy thatworks there (always wears a grey shirt) that is absolutely rude to the point that he?s sarcastically greeting you or rudelyhanding you your food. He dropped my straw today and didn?t offer me a new one in the drive through so I had to get out of thecar to get it off the gross pavement. I understand if you have a bad day, or if you don?t enjoy your job? but customer serviceis a staple of all great restaurants, having an off day is okay, but when it?s on a regular basis, maybe you should look forsomething you enjoy.
