I normally have an ok experience at this Taco Bell. They usually get something wrong in my order but it's no big deal. Today I... ordered the Loaded TRUFF Nacho Fries with no tomatoes. This is what I got. I ate 2 of the fries and decided to take apicture.... This is a joke right? This is probably the most depressing thing I've seen from any fast food restaurant. 2 years ago I loved this location. Today was another story. My wife and I with another couple came to enjoy some Taco Bell... food. We walked in, waited at the order counter for about 60 seconds before someone told us that we had to use the kiosk. Therewere 2 kiosks. One was not turned on and the other one had a problem with the viewing screen. At times it was hard to read. Wefinished ordering and paid and started looking for a table. Literally every table was dirty! My wife and I started cleaning atable with napkins that we had to ask for. There were no napkins in the 2 dispensers. The other 2 in our group went to use therestrooms. When they got back we found out that there were no hand towels in the men's rest room and no toilet paper in thewomen's rest room. We got our food and realized they did not give us cups for our drinks. I went back again and asked for ourdrinks. Our food was just sloppy looking. One of my Supreme tacos was wrapped up with the sour cream on the outside side ofthe taco, not inside the taco. Just from observing the 3 employees that I saw, I got the feeling that they did not really careabout their job or the people they were serving. It will be years before I try this location again. This is the best Taco Bell location in Athens hands-down! as an ex Taco Bell manager of nearly 2 years I have to say both the... service and the food was on point. I would like to give a shout out to Ruby Howard from the drive-through Who exceeded myexpectation for service. Shout out to the man preparing the food whom perfectly prepared everything and labeled the twodifferent burritos that I ordered by type. Perfect experience please keep it up! Read more
I love Taco Bell, but not this location. All the tables in the dining room were dirty. No one available to take your order. This... would normally not be a problem, but the left side of the order screen did not work. Plus, no cheese on my taco. Read more

Went to the Oconee Connector location in Athens Ga today for lunch took a bite out of my taco and found a dead fly in it. Went... back to the store and the lady who claimed she was the ?manager? also stated she was ?corporate? and refused to refund me andstated the bug was not from there it was from outside. She handed me 2 ones and walked away taking my receipt. I had to ask formy receipt back and she returned a copy of it. I called corp and reported this to them.
