I am so disappointed in this location. We have given it 4 chances since moving to Ohio. Today I go through the drive thru. I... wait at the window for 6-8 mins for my food only to be given a sandwich that had been setting under the warmer probably sinceyou opened. The bread was smashed and so over warmed it was chewy. The tots cold as well. Not sure why the fast food restaurantsin this area are so bad. The girl also put the lid on my drink on only halfway so when I took my first drink it spilled allover me. My bad for not checking the lid. We won?t be back to this location. Read more
went through the drive through and before i could even get a word out the girl working rudely said ?i can?t hear you? so i... pulled forwards and asked her if she could hear me and again she rudely said she couldn?t hear me, so i shut my car off and shefinally said she could hear me but still had an attitude. (i do not own a loud vehicle, they have things right beside thespeaker that are constantly running and very loud). when i pulled up to the window and she was handing me my food, she shovedthe card, straws, bags and even drinks into my hand barely giving me time to get a grip on them before letting go. now for thefood, i had ordered honey bbq wings for my friend and there was barely any sauce on them and i did not receive the cheese withmy soft pretzel. me and my friend have also felt sick all night since we finished eating the food. the one time i have actuallywent in, the place was absolutely disgusting, sticky floors, looked like it?s never been cleaned, etc. i have read many otherreviews complaining about the exact same things i experienced tonight. will not be returning. I have had Sonic for many years now but lately it has gone down hill. When I first started eating at Sonic their burgers were... super juicy, thick, and hot. The cheese would melt and get all over the wrapper. Those burgers were excellent. Also used to gettheir jumbo popcorn chicken. Which also used to be very fresh and hot. Now though it feels like they rather rush it and have thefood out fast than have it be made when someone orders. I don't mind the wait if the food is going to be fresh and good. Read more
