The food was good, the service was not. The young man who took our order continuously looked down. It was next to impossible to... understand him due to his muttering. Absolutely terrible. Upon driving up the the intercom I was greeted with ?Go ahead with your order? in a rude tone by a woman.... When I finally got to the window a thug-lette opened the window stuck out his hand, said nothing. I ordered a classic roast beefand cheddar with a med shake. The only thing from my order that was correct was the shake, I asked for no whipped cream and itcame as ordered. The rest however was not. I received a burnt and I mean BURNT, plain roast beef, half of the fries were curlyand the other crinkle. Zero napkins, no receipt so I couldn?t get my order fixed if I wanted to. This is the second time in three weeks we have not gotten our full order. I called and told whomever answered the phone what... problem we had encountered and said the employee needs to get the order right. He was short and didn?t act like it was any bigdeal. We will never go there again. Read more
