Absolutely unprofessional. I have issues everytime i come in this taco bell. EVERYTIME. The workers are rude.i just spent 30$... for 3 Quesadillas and only got 2 and realized when i got all the way home. UPSET is an understatement when this place messes upeverytime. I used to work at this location and it?s just gotten more and more disappointing since the manager I was under left. This was my... breakfast burrito this morning. So burnt, hardly edible. I tried to pick off some of it but not really possible. Their staff isrude, save for one worker that I know of who carries the entire hospitality of the staff on her back. We?ve been yelled atbefore for asking for an additional bowl for our kids. Food quality has went down so much. Save yourself the trouble and headdown to Decatur Pike for a better experience and food. Horrible experience!!! This Taco Bell is closest to my home and after basketball practice (my husband and I coach) brought our... two daughters who also play for Taco Bell. Who doesn?t want that?! They were rude, we ordered and wanted to eat there, so we ateoutside. They locked us out and my daughter couldn?t get a utensil to finish her taco with. My husband and I ate a lot of sauceon our food obviously and couldn?t even go in to get refills. I?m not certain we will ever come again. They have pretty muchlost the Morgan?s business. Read more
