I sat in the drive thru for an eternity today. Each car was taking several minutes to get their order placed because of lack of... qualified workers ? Anyway, one car sat in the corner approaching the speaker for 10 MINUTES !!! I watched cars in the back ofthe line back up and leave. I loved their food. But after the way I was treated, I will never return . It was my first time eating there and I had ordered... chicken strips in the drive through. They were advertising about all these amazing sauces they have!! Nobody had asked me whatsauce I wanted. So when I got to the window I asked for ranch. They told me ?You get Zax sauce or you pay extra since you didn?tmention it when ordering? i told them nobody asked me what sauces so I figured they would at the window. Needless to say,Because I didn?t order it on the intercom, they still charged me and made me pay for ranch on my credit card rather than justswapping it out for me! They were also extremely rude about it! I asked for a manager and it was the manager who was beingrude! If someone says they have never been there before and you tell them they have to specify the sauce at the intercom or theywill be charged?. I went thru the drive thru when I got the window I paid & the lady gave me my food then ask me to pull forward because they ran... out of tea & they were making some more which was totally fine. I had ordered one large tea & a gallon. So this young girlbrought our tea out you could tell she was real shy so I said to her is this gallon if tea hot or warm she shook her head yes Isaid can I get an extra cup of ice since it's hot or warm. The girl never got to answer me because another employee came out thedoor and over heard what I was saying & was very unprofessional & yelled a cup of ice is full cost and kept walking. I haveworked in retail & restaurant business all my life & if my customer came in & spent 30 dollars for dinner & they wanted an extracup of ice I would not have hesitated I would have gotten that cup of ice for them as we all know ice is a lost liter.
