I came to this location to pick up a third-party order, and when I arrived at 3:05 PM on a Wednesday afternoon, the doors were... locked to the business. I then had to wait in a line that was not long for a total of 30 minutes. Once I got to the speaker, theindividual on the speaker was a female and she was very rude and seemed to have little to no manners and had a horrible tone ofvoice. all i wanted was to grab my uber eats order and leave. i dont understand why these staff memebers are allowed to be sonasty, push out poor quality products and allowed to lock the doors of their buisness well before they close. who is holdingthem accountable?! i am a general manager at a restaurant and there is NO way that i would allow any of these things to takeplace. the higher ups need to consider keeping and retraining their b and A players if they have any or consider hiring anentirly new staff and management with new training. It?s clear the leadership here does not care and i have come to expect thistype of service from this location and any other burger kind. i mean cmon how cliche. do better. Read more
I asked for a bacon king without a bun, and onion rings. This is what I got. They only gave me one patty when it should have... been 2, no Mayo or ketchup and for some reason covered the whole burger in lettuce and tomatoes. That isn?t even supposed tocome on the burger.
