The ladies working the cash register were pleasant, but the two ladies preparing coffee and meals at 7:30 A.M. on October 2... 2022 we're extremely disrespectful and rude. They messed up my blueberry almond oatmeal which is just adding hot water and milk. The oatmeal was so soupy and the actual oatmeal was not consistent with the amount of liquid to oatmeal. I brought it back andthe ladies were disrespectful as evidenced by their short attitude and rude remarks stating that, "what do you want dryoatmeal." I said I would like oatmeal, not soup" They made the new one and the lady rolled her eyes when she gave it to me. Isaw her be rude to several other customers as they were asking questions about their orders. I am a small business owner and Iunderstand its hard to find good workers, but good lord train these employees to atleast act like they care. Was excited to try this place as they don?t have them where i?m from but i was sourly disappointed. The girl ringing at the... front was insanely rude and not at all helpful. She barely paid attention to us ordering and made no effort to answer simplequestions about the menu. After dealing with rude employees which i can understand and look past, there was a HAIR IN MYOATMEAL! I didn?t realize until i had walked all the way across the airport to my terminal and finally sat down to eat. HIGHLYdissatisfied with my experience. not a good way to begin my morning. Read more
The people that work here are so rude for no reason at all. They actively talk about customers while they are still standing... there. Especially if there is a language barrier. The cashier decided telling her coworker her food order is more importantwhile she was in the middle of taking a customer's order. The change drawer was literally open and while the guy was waiting forhis change she interrupted him and walked over to give her food order. Plus, they didn't offer any milk alternatives at all theyhad multiple signs about how they are out of them and cannot make hot espresso drinks. And the signs looked like they had beenthere for quite some time. It's just so unprofessional. Honestly, this entire airport is unprofessional. The workers here are very rude and have no customer service skills. Today the young lady in the orange shirt demanded that I... hand the money to her after I put the money on the counter, because she turned her back when I was handing her the money. I wentback for my drinks and asked for a tray. The young lady that served me didn?t even acknowledge me, but gave me the tray and said?you?re welcome?. I told her that I didn?t say thank you. She took no time, with the long line present, to inform the rest ofthe staff about our interaction. I would never thank anyone for a bad attitude and horrible service. Visited for morning coffee on layover at Atlanta airport in food court area. The service is terrible. The staff barks orders... at customers without so much as a smile. In particular, a young woman named Mercedes took my order, she was rude, curt, andeven insulted me to her coworker, and loud enough for me to hear.
