My son requested Dave?s subs party platters for his groomsmen for lunch while they were getting ready for his wedding. I placed... the order online and called the day before to confirm, ?we?ve got it, no problem.? The day of the wedding, a young girl calls meand says they have to cancel, they are out of the actual platters. When I told her it was for a wedding party and I hadconfirmed the day before, she put her manager on the phone and he still tried to cancel! I asked if perhaps the sandwiches couldbe wrapped up like they normally do and he finally relented and said he could do that. I was just perplexed regarding the entiretransaction. Read more
I think some added touches to this place could make it a gem. My partner got the classic Daves and I got the Grateful Daves and... had them leave the onions off. - over all, the sandwhich was fine. The bread was crisp, and the toppings were minimal, otherthan the sprouts which I loved! If I?d go again, I?d add mayo and hot peppers to my sandwich and more tomatoes. - the jointseems it?s doing the bare minimum to stay open inside though which is unfortunate because this is a cool little spot. The sodafountain wasn?t in order and they had no cans or bottles of soda to purchase? Only a couple of chip options. We got tea and itran out on us as we were filling. Its Good its expensive for what you get but a great bite to eat. I blame Subway for the 5 dollar footlong campaign for that. A... dollar an inch at Dave's. I had the Dave's Turkey Hot.
