I would give this place no stars due to bad customer service.Went inside got my carryout . One of the employees acknowledged me... quickly but,went downhill afterward.Gave the guy exact amount but wanted to be very hostile about giving me my change backbecause over a tip. That is not how you earn a tip.Please do better. Read more
Worst experience tried 3 times definitely done after tonight. After waiting 2 hours they sent the wrong pizza with no... receipt. Tried calling and you you get a robot lady named Becky but I was put on hold 3 times after the call kept dropping. Place order on line today for delivery with up to date text. The app shows that the driver was in the area, then it shows that... the food was delivered. So I try calling the store, which i was then placed on hold, after about 5 mins being on hold, Idecided to head to the store, while still being on hold, got there and 3 guys were hanging out by the door, I then stated, thatI'm on hold about my food, that I had yet to received and just wanted a refund. YOOOO! All of those previous reviews are OLD!! They have a good team and their food is FRESH and Made to order! Everything was... HOT! The tracker said the food was ready and The food was ready when I got there and it was good as H-E-Double hockey sticks!!!The whole house ate Everything we bought! No leftovers!
