I read the reviews & was skeptical of ordering, BUT they were amazing! I got a call and a voicemail stating their driver was not... at work and it might be a little late I told them I?d come pick it up. The pizza was FRESH and hot. We ordered pizza on 8-19-2022,@ 10:15pm. It is now 2 hrs later and they still haven't shown up. The app says they are 5 blocks... away and have been there for 45 min. What is going on at this store location? This is very unexceptionable. When we called tofind out what is going on they just said they had only 1 driver on a Friday night, that doesn't sound right. And we already paidfor the food and a tip. So I bet they don't care if the customers get cold pizza. Or bad service. We had to drive there to get anew pizza replaced. This is crazy. I want someone from there owners to contact me ASAP. What ever happened to if we are past ourtime it's free. I guess your company doesn't care for the customers that help keep your business open.
