Terrible service. Actually no service. Ordered pizza over two hours ago and now the order is canceled. No call or update. Called... the store and waited 20 mins on hold just for no one to come to the phone. Decided to look at the reviews and of course everyoneis having the same issue. This is ridiculous and this establishment should be shut down if you don?t care to do your job. Now meand my child have to find something else to eat after wasting over two hours for no food. This store is garbage. They can't answer the phones ever. They sure can charge you, but forget you ever getting your pizza. I... gave this store one more chance and the same thing happened. Order was placed at 931pm. It?s 1122pm now and my online update still says prep. I would understand if someone called me to tell... me that I was not getting a delivery then have me wait and wait on the phone for 30 mins for no one to answer. I understand theymight be short of delivery drivers or staff or ever really busy , but at least if you receive and confirm an order , let theCustomer know if they should or should not expect their order.
