I arrived at the store few minutes past the expected cook time. I waited. Asked for my order Store Manager or Albert continued... to tell me my order was not ready however online clearly shows it was done. I sat around in the restaurant for a few minuteslonger and a customer came in with boxes (my order) advising they have received the wrong food. In hand they had my order I paidand waited for opened/touch. Terrible experience! They were not apologetic and didn?t move with a sense of urgency to correctthere mistake. Read more

I guess I?ll be the first to say these overwhelmingly negative reviews seem a bit dramatic. I live about 12 minutes away, and... usually get my food within 40 minutes or so. Do not order delivery from this location! My first experience I watched the pizza tracker showing it as ready for delivery, and... proceeded to wait 2 hrs afterward- I eventually drove to the location to pick it up and the pizza was not hot and there werealso items missing from the order- on top of that they did not remove the delivery fee or give me a refund despite contactingdominoes support. I again ordered from there recently, thinking the experience must have been a one off- and AGAIN waited anhour and a half before calling and cancelling the order to just order mellow mushroom.
